SERVICES I VISIT US I HOME

Within the congregation of St. Luke's there is a collection of individuals who gather together to fulfill the needs of the congregation. St. Luke's Guild began as a social group and evolved into a charitable group, meeting every first and third Wednesday of the month. The function of the Guild is to generate funds through annual events such as the Parish Lawn Fair, the Valentine Bridge Party, and the Christmas Tea.

In addition to St. Luke's Guild is the Altar Guild, composed of members instructed in the preparation of linens and silver for the altar on the occasions of communion, baptism, funerals and holy days. Ushers and greeters offer warmth to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and new members, personally inviting them to coffee hour and introducing them to other parishioners.
